A lot. 480 private acres. No shared spaces. No curfews. Epic mountain views. Family-owned with deep Montana roots. And a completely customizable experience from start to finish.

We’re just 15 minutes from the west entrance to Glacier National Park—close enough for an adventure, but tucked away on our own peaceful 480-acre hideaway.
What kind of activities are available on the property?
Guests can enjoy trails, a pond, hot tub, fire pits, yard games, and total freedom to explore the ranch during their stay. It’s not just a wedding—it’s a Montana retreat.
Can we bring our dog?
Pets are not allowed unless approved by management in advance. While we understand that dogs are family, we limit pets to ensure safety, cleanliness, and respect for the natural environment.
Is there wildlife on the property?
Yes! Green Valley Ranch is home to native Montana wildlife including bears, elk, and deer. It’s part of the magic—but also means children should be supervised at all times when outdoors. Safety first, adventure always.
What if it rains?
Then you’ll have the most romantic, cinematic, windswept vows ever. But seriously—we’ve got covered options ready to keep your celebration going, rain or shine.
Can I ride in on a horse?
Technically, yes—but special arrangements must be made in advance. Just don’t blame us if your wedding dress and a saddle don’t mix. (But if you pull it off, we will be impressed.)
Is it okay if we cry during the ceremony?
It’s encouraged. Bring tissues. We’ve seen even the toughest cowboys tear up out here.
Will there be cell service or wifi?
Kind of. It’s Montana—your guests might have to put their phones down and be present. Scary, we know.
Can we have campfires and make s’mores?
If fire restrictions allow—absolutely yes! We have a designated firepit that can be roaring at the drop of a hat. Just bring your marshmallows, and we’ll bring the Montana magic.
